The first chapter of the episode, titled \u201cWild Barts Can\u2019t Be Token,\u201d makes several references to the NFTs and the hyped and overpriced market.<\/p>\n<p>The show also showcased prominent NFTs such as Beeple\u2019s creations and the Bored Ape Yacht Club, contrasting them with less recognized picture for proof collections (PFPs), indicating the fluctuating worth and speculation within the NFT market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRemember how we were always saying we wish Bart was less fungible,\u201d Homer says so to Marge, showing Bart\u2019s NFT worth of $1.5 million.\n<\/p>\n<h2>The Simpsons\u2019 Journey with Crypto and NFTs<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe Simpsons\u2019 2020 episode \u201cFrinkcoin\u201d featuring Jim Parsons first introduced the cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts to its audiences. In the episode, a distributed ledger enters the scene, singing that: \u201cEach day I\u2019m closer, to being the cash of the future.
