And not forgetting all the folks who are online. So thank you for making the effort to do that, too. So the team are here today. What we&#8217;re going to do is concentrate on 2 particular areas of our business where we&#8217;ve got some new developments to run through with you and where we feel strongly we can grow and develop shareholder value, which is what we&#8217;re all about. So those of you who are familiar with the group will not need a reminder that we&#8217;re organized effectively into 3 really clear pillars. We have a services business. We have a land business, and we&#8217;re deliberately not talking about the land business today. We have no particular surprises there. The land business continues to develop positively. And then we&#8217;ve got the HRMS business, which is our activity in Germany, where we do have some new news. <\/p>\n<p>So this structure has been in place for a number of years and is really clear cut and is the basis on which we operate. We want to and will continue to grow the services business. We&#8217;ll talk further about that through the accumulation of some high-quality, robust contractual positions in our target markets. And we do have a little bit of a tailwind in that area, which we&#8217;ll talk to.
